In this role, you will pull partial orders and prepare them for delivery to customers; and any other duties assigned by your supervisor.Essential Responsibilities Include, but Not Limited To Pick orders via headset in a refrigerated warehouse using a voice pick system Maintain a clean and organized workspace Check all incoming and outgoing orders for accuracy Follow food safety quality service standards and comply with procedures, rules and regulationsQualificationsRequired Skills and Experience Ability to work in a refrigerated environment, 35-45 degrees Ability to lift up to 40lbs frequently Ability to work without direct supervision and prioritize activities under pressure Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment Ability to actively engage in continuous improvement activities Able to work on your feet for 8+ hours Good communication skills Ability to adhere to all food and safety protocols and procedures Preferred Skills and Experience Warehouse experience is a plus but not requiredHear from Charlie's employeesSupplemental InformationThis employer participates in E-Verify and will provide the Social Security Administration and if necessary, the Department of Homeland Security with information from each new employee's Form I-9 to confirm work authorization.We do not provide H1-B sponsorships at this time.Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting.
