A premier law firm is in search of an attorney with a minimum of 5 years of bankruptcy experience. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in filing Chapter 7 and 13 cases. This presents a prime opportunity to elevate your professional trajectory

Requirements:


  • Minimum of 5 years of bankruptcy litigation experience
  • Admission to the State Bar and good standing
  • Proficient in Chapter 11, Chapter 7, and Chapter 13 proceedings
  • Familiarity with and capability to file pleadings in all bankruptcy courts
  • Strong academic background is imperative
  • Exceptional research and writing skills are essential
  • Meticulous attention to detail
