Pulmonary Critical Care Physician Opportunity in a Premier Regional Medical Facility
Position Overview:
- Practice Type: Hospital Employed
- Team: 4 Pulmonary Critical Care Physicians + Nurse Practitioners (2 FT, 2 PT)
- Support: 24/7 Nurse Practitioner coverage, performing all procedures
- ICU: 18-bed, semi-open with an additional 6-bed ICU at a nearby facility
- Structure: Clinic and ICU coverage
- Schedule: Full Time, Monday to Friday with one late day per week (10am-7pm)
- Call: Shared among 4 PCC physicians (1/5 for weekends)
- EMR: Paragon (AllScripts)
Ideal Candidate:
- Board Certified/Board Eligible in Pulmonary Critical Care
- Welcoming New Graduates and current practitioners
- J-1 and H1b visa candidates encouraged (Visa sponsorship available)
Key Job Details:
- Patient Volumes: Serving a significant 5-county area
- Procedures: Comprehensive ICU procedures including ventilation, lines, para/thoracentesis, intubations
- Hospital Facilities: State-of-the-art with a significant annual patient volume
Compensation & Benefits:
- Model: Income Guarantee (3-year contract) + Production bonus
- Income Guarantee: $500,000+ (Based on Experience)

- 5 CME days + $4,000 allowance
