Protein Conversion Supervisor  This position will supervise and facilitate operations within a pet food ingredient/protein conversion facility that will include but is not limited to production goals, quality, safety, employee morale, etc.  The supervisor will also communicate with all hourly partners and be the liaison between upper management and the hourly partners to ensure that objectives are achieved. This supervisor will ensure that our customer requirements are met.  Must be able to work night shift Qualifications Knowledge or ability to learn Protein Conversion operationsAbility to deal with a diversified workforceAbility to communicate with a varied range of customers, management and partnersSome mechanical knowledge about pressure vessels, augers and conveyorsAbility to work without direct supervisionGood written an oral communication skillsBasic math skillsExcellent work history Education High School Diploma required with 5 years experience preferred in management/related field.  EOE/Vet/Disabled
