We are looking for a dedicated EP Technician like you to be a part of our team.Job Summary and QualificationsWe are currently seeking a caring and compassionate Electrophysiology Technician for a full-time opportunity. As an EP Technician on our team, you will greet our patients, comfort them and transport them to the EP Lab. Once in the lab, you will assist the physician in performing invasive EP procedures. If you are a kind and qualified EP professional, please apply to join an amazing team of closely-knit caring, professionalsTypical duties may include:Assemble supplies and equipment needed for proceduresAssist in soothing and positioning patientsMaintain sterile techniquesDuring procedures, monitor the patient as you assist the physicianAfter the procedure, gather equipment for cleaning and sterilizationMay also transport patients to recoveryQualifications:Bachelors degree in Biology, Anatomy, Physiology or related fieldRCIS (Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist) or RCES (Registered Cardiovascular Electrophysiology Specialist) preferredTwo (2) years of Electrophysiology experience ACLS and BLS required Proficiency in cardiac rhythm interpretation, arrhythmia identification, hemodynamic changes and all interventional devices/procedures (EP/ablation/coronary/peripheral)HCA Florida Bayonet Point Hospital has been serving the community since 1981.
