We are seeking a skilled and experienced Dental Hygienist to join our team one to two days a week at Dental Excellence in Henderson, NV.  If you want to work alongside people who love what they do, love their patients, and don't sell unnecessary dentistry, we're you're people.  If you're tired of working with a different dentist/team every day, you can now relax and settle in. As a Dental Hygienist with Dental Excellence, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care, conducting oral hygiene instruction, performing local anesthesia, and assisting with oral cancer screenings. You will also be proficient in scaling & root planing, prophylaxis, periodontal charting, digital x-rays, preventive care, chart notes, and sterilization of instruments. 

In addition to your clinical skills, we are looking for a team player who is dedicated to patient education and comfort. If you are a Registered Dental Hygienist, please apply, and tell us what turns a typical workday into a great day for you.  

Our ideal candidate will have some experience in working with sedated patients, but we will happily train the right person.

This position has the option to stay part time, or to start out as part time and eventually move into full time or more hours.

Hours:

  • This position is for one or two days a week
  • Office is open 4 days a week, 10 hours each day for full-time team members
  • Full time days are Mon-Thurs most weeks, with one week Tues-Fri
  • Full weeks on occasion for full-time team members
  • Day starts at 6:45 am, Ending usually 4:30 pm

Salary:

  • Minimum $47 per hour
  • Maximum $52 per hour
