Your primary responsibilities will revolve around timely set up for cheese cutting equipment.We're currently hiring for Maintenance Technician 3rd shift starting 8pm Monday-Friday.Starting Pay $25.00/HRand up, based on experience.RESPONSIBILITIESExecute rapid changes to food manufacturing/packaging equipment during production line operations.Monitor cheese cutting wear and predict optimal replacement intervals through time studies.Collaborate with production teams to schedule equipment changes efficiently.Continuously improve the equipment change process to minimize downtime.Adhere to safety protocols during equipment changes.Comply with company policies and procedures.Report any safety concerns promptly.QUALIFICATIONSHigh school diploma or equivalent.Mechanical aptitude and a keen eye for detail.Ability to work efficiently under pressure.Basic understanding of production line equipment.Strong problem-solving skills.Pacific Cheese is a drug free workplace; pre-employment includes drug screen.Pacific Cheese is an Equal Opportunity and Affirmative Action employer.
