The Business Process Analyst willwork across all areas of Perdue AgriBusiness to assess, design, and implement new and improved business processes.The salary range for this position is $73,000 - $109,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications with annual bonus available (variable depending on performance).In addition to the base salary, Perdue offers a competitive benefits package, including medical/Rx, 401(k) with employer match after 1 year, critical illness, accident insurance, dental, vison, life insurance, optional group life insurance, short-term and long-term disability protection, flexible spending accounts and paid time off.Principal and Essential Duties & ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain a thorough understanding of the business processes and systems used throughout Perdue AgriBusiness (PAB)Provide liaison between Information Technology and Perdue AgriBusiness departments and users. Partner with PAB business leaders to develop strategic data visualizations (dashboards) that support business outcomesWorks with the team and customers to define business requirements, identify data sources, resolve technical issues, and provide training for individuals to run reports on their own, as applicableCoordination with other internal and external databases to provide accurate and timely information and analysis for decision-making, market research, strategic planning, business development, and service evaluationStandardize processes and build core analytical capabilities to improve the quality of data and transform decision-making intelligence and planning across the organizationMeets with key stakeholders to present and review data output to improve operational performance, support decisions and enhance planning effortsContinually explore opportunities to improve processes in the ongoing development of analytical tools and models, ad-hoc reports, dashboards and analysisSupport existing and new PAB Business Process Systems as assigned, and facilitate enhancements and upgrades to those systems as requested and prioritized by the businessMinimum EducationBachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in Information Systems, Accounting, or BusinessExperience Requirements3 - 7 years of experience in business process improvementStrong communication, interpersonal, and analysis skillsUnderstanding of Business Process Management tools and techniques, process designs, implementation, and improvementCompetent in working at all phases of applications systems analysis and design activitiesKnowledge of system configuration, master data, and metadataUnderstanding of the agricultural business industry and processesEnvironmental Factors and Physical RequirementsPosition is mostly sedentary but may require occasional moving to other offices or buildingsMay need to move light equipment or supplies from one place to anotherMay need to access files, supplies, and equipmentWork activity is in an office, open-partitioned, cubicle environmentPerdue Farms, Inc. is an Equal Opportunity / Affirmative Action employer.
