We’re partnering with a well-established food production and manufacturing company in Central Washington that’s seeking a skilled Maintenance Manager/Supervisor to lead their maintenance operations. Key Responsibilities:


  • Lead and manage the maintenance team to ensure seamless production operations.
  • Diagnose and repair equipment efficiently to minimize downtime.
  • Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules and strategies.
  • Collaborate with leadership to maintain safety and compliance standards.

Position Requirements:


  • 5 years of maintenance experience, preferably in food production or manufacturing.
  • Proven management/supervisory experience.
  • Strong expertise with equipment and troubleshooting.
  • Knowledge of grading systems and food manufacturing processes is a plus.
