Required Qualification: • Data Lake Architecture: Experience in designing and building large-scale data lakes, data science, & AI/ML platforms• Cloud Computing Expertise: Proven leadership in cloud administration with an emphasis on infrastructure automation (Terraform, Cloud Formation) and provisioning Lambda, SNS, EC2, Airflow, Elastic Cache, Redis, RESTful APIs in AWS• Data Science Knowledge: Strong understanding of data science principles, including machine learning, data mining, statistical analysis, and predictive modeling.• Big Data Technologies: Strong knowledge and hands-on Infra setup experience in Big Data technologies in Cloud such as AWS EMR, Apache Spark, Databricks, AWS Redshift, Snowflake, S3, GCP Big Query, Google Cloud Storage, and Google Data Proc• Knowledge of DevOps methodology and automation experience with Jenkins, Ansible, Chef, XL Release, and XL Deploy• Problem-Solving and Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze complex data architectures, troubleshoot issues, and implement effective solutions.• Communication and Leadership: Strong communication skills to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, and leadership skills to guide and mentor a team.• Strong communication skills are essential for articulating technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Additionally, leadership skills are necessary to lead and mentor a team of data engineers, scientists, and analysts. Secondary Skills:• Generative AI (GenAI) Skills: Familiarity with GenAI technologies and frameworks, such as VectorDBs, RAG based architecture• Data Governance and Security: Expertise in data governance, including data quality, data lineage, metadata management, and ensuring data security and privacy compliance.Competent with various CDC technologies, batch & real-time streaming ingestion patterns with Sqoop, Kafka, Kinesis, and GCP Pub/Sub.
