Work schedule is assigned after training. Day shifts and Rotating shifts are a possibility. Must be open to working either.
- Rotating Shift Schedule: 12-hour shifts-days/nights 5:45AM -5:55PM ($40.80 per hour with $.75 additional night shift differential). One 48-hour week and one 36-hour week each pay period.
- Day Shift Schedule: 8-hour day shifts Monday – Friday, with a 30-minute paid relief period included.

In one of our manufacturing roles, you’ll focus on winning with consumers and the market, while putting safety, mutual respect, and human dignity at the center. To succeed in this role, you will need the following qualifications:
- Are 18 years or older and authorized to work in the United States.
- Have a state and/or US Department of Education accredited high school diploma, GED Grade 12 certificate.
- 1+ years of continuous work experience.
- Journeyman Maintenance Mechanic/Millwright State Certification OR successful completion of a formal four-year apprenticeship.
- Have basic computer knowledge, mechanical aptitude, and good math skills.
- Able to maintain a work schedule of 12-hour rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime.
- Can pass a pre-employment assessment and a pre-employment drug + background screening.
- Can pass post-offer / pre-hire Physical Abilities Test (PAT)
Experience / Specific Knowledge:
- Possess basic machine shop, welding, and fabricating skills.
- Ability to read blueprints and related technical literature as required. Fabricate parts from blueprints and sketches.
- Proficiencies in the assembly, disassembly and installation of mechanical systems and components commonly found on high-speed rotating equipment and safe execution of rigging and large equipment transportation.
- Understanding of predictive, preventative maintenance concepts and commitment to continuing education.
- Successful candidates will have excellent communication, leadership, self-motivation, problem solving, decision-making skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities with a willingness and commitment to work as part of a collaborative team.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications such as Excel & Word.

Competitive Compensation with a starting wage of $39.24 per hour for day shift assignments and $40.80 for rotating shift assignments with $.75 additional night shift differential. Time and a half on Sundays and double time for holidays. You’ll also be included in our 401(k) and Profit-Sharing Plans.
