Promotional Auditor

About the jobWe have an amazing opportunity for a Promotional Auditor who will be responsible for auditing trade promotions for all system users. This individual will ensure accuracy of trade promotions and data elements within trade management applications. This position can be based out of Louisville, CO or White Plains, NYResponsibilities:Review promotions to ensure that the promotion attributes match the customer offer sheet or appropriate backup (100%)Audit trade promotions & customer offer sheets for discrepanciesExamine and evaluate propriety of promotionsPrepare and communicate detailed audit findingsEnsure compliance and comprehension of financial elementsFollow up with CBMs and Planning Team to provide feedback and coaching opportunitiesReview deal types for similar learning's to be applied to upcoming promotions Familiarity with general accounting theory and practicesAnalyze promotions for accruals and determine where adjustments should be madeCreate weekly master scorecardAbout youYou have a Bachelor's DegreeYou ideally have 2 years of work experience in a CPG company You have an understanding of trade marketing, sales, accounting, and financeYou have the ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from managementYou are proficient in Microsoft Office applications, and possess strong Excel skillsYou have a high level of efficiency, accuracy, integrity, and attention to detailYou have the ability to translate between sales needs and technical processesThe base compensation range for this position is $40k-55k commensurate with experience.
