Are you up for the dare?This position is not eligible for Visa Sponsorship.POSITION SUMMARYAs the Warehouse Supervisor, you will be responsible for directing the actions of warehouse team members who perform receiving, storage and shipping functions in support of plant production operations. From you, this position requires strong leadership skills and working knowledge of warehouse and distribution functions, as you will ensure warehouse operations are safe, sanitary, efficient, and cost effective. You will mentor staff, contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, and ensure operating, and safety standards are being met.*This position will require availability to work night shift, 6pm
6am*Lead warehouse team members- overseeing receiving, storage and shipping functions in support of plant production operations.Monitor direct reports, complete performance reviews and warehouse productivity assessments from labor management system.Resolve personnel, mechanical, operational, and resource-related issues.Mentor and coach warehouse team members and set development goals.Perform various clerical and administrative duties such as time approval and staffing planning.Seek out opportunities for continuous improvement in warehouse operations.RequirementsHigh School diploma or GED equivalent2+ yearsexperience in a manufacturing, warehouse, or transportation environment1+ years of supervisory/leadership experienceThe approximate range for this position is $50,000 - $83,000. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting.
