The Training Coordinator will be a member of the Global Technical Training Center of Excellence (CoE).Job Functions:Utilize established CCD 2.0 Tools, resources, templates to conduct Focused Training Initiatives and World Class Training InitiativesCoordinate with plant leadership to identify and prioritize improvement opportunities tied to plant losses and define Key Performance Indicators (KPI's) and training measures of success.Responsible for management support to facilitate safe reliable efficient plant operations as directed by
