1. Must be able to stand or sit for long periods of time.2. Proficient in shop mathematics.3. Read and write English.4. Have 3-5 years job shop or Tool Room experience in Aerospace.5. Must be proficient using and have their own inspection equipment including but not limited to – Calipers – Micrometers – Height Gage – Finger and Dial Indicators and more.6. Must be able to work from a Blueprint/drawing or verbal instructions.7. Must be proficient in using manual machines like: Engine Lathe/Manual Mill/Surface Grinder/Drill Press/Bandsaw and other8. It would be a big plus if the candidate knew Die Polishing and other hand work.9. Experience using these materials is necessary: Tool Steel such as H-13, A-2, D-2, S-7, some Stainless Steel, Aluminum and Carbide.Note: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
