About the Role :
This position is under the direction of the Maintenance Supervisor or appointed designee , and would be responsible for performing duties in predictive, preventative, general repairs, maintain machinery, equipment, building and facilities as needed.
This requires a broad knowledge of Electro/Mechanical maintenance skills .
Ability to scope, plan, and utilize the NEC code, to execute electrical jobs as required .
Strong troubleshooting skills are required , fabrication skills a plus .
Further, all procedures and practices used are grounded in standards, regulations and laws addressing occupational safety (OSHA) and food safety and food quality (FDA) in addition to environmental safety (EPA) in accordance with Safe Quality Food (SQF) and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
Collaborate with our Reliability tech to complete PM improvement initiatives and modificationsProvide skill to execute, Repairs, improvements, rebuilds, and shop projects as neededUtilize electrical skills to plan and train, then execute circuit installations, and repairs as assignedProvide troubleshooting skills toward Oven Burners, and combustion safety requirementsComplete multi-skill work including but not limited to, wiring, rigging, and replacement of Circulation fans, mesh belt conveyors, and various other electro/mechanical assemblies around the facility as requiredComplete predictive preventative, lubrication, inspection, PM routes as assigned .
(Ultrasonic, Vibration, Lubrication)Be able to lift 50 lbs., and work on your feetUtilize CMMS (SAP) as required About You :
You'll fit right in if you have:
Two-(2)-year A ssociate in Electrical technology , or Certified/Journeyman, or mechatronics certificate-based training PreferredLooking for strong analytical troubleshooting skills,
be prepared to describe your experience with PLC, VFD, servo driven machinery, process control equipment, Cartoner, Case packer, Robot, or Oven/combustion burner experienceWorking knowledge of NEC codeRequires basic Reading and mathematical skills to be able to add, subtract, multiply, and divide combined with analytical skills used to track and trend data and be able to use that data to guide decisions and communications with associatesProficient use of Microsoft Office programs including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and OutlookProficient in a CMMS system, SAP is a plusAbility to read and understand electrical/ mechanical prints and drawingsWelding and machine shop skills are a plusAbility to work a fixed, 12-hour schedule, every other weekend r equired Your TreeHouse Foods Career is Just a Click Away
