Job Details:

We are currently seeking a dynamic and highly-skilled Quality Engineer to join our fast-paced manufacturing team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in maintaining the high-quality standards of our products and processes. This is a permanent, full-time position that offers an exciting opportunity to work with a diverse team of engineers and professionals in a thriving manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement quality control methodologies to enhance the efficiency of our manufacturing processes.
2. Conduct regular quality assurance audits and inspections to ensure compliance with international standards, specifically ISO 9001.
3. Utilize Six Sigma methodologies for process improvement and problem-solving.
4. Conduct root cause analysis to identify and rectify defects or issues in the manufacturing process.
5. Use statistical analysis to evaluate production data and implement necessary changes.
6. Manage and maintain the quality system, ensuring all processes and procedures are up to date and in line with industry standards.
7. Collaborate with the engineering team to develop new strategies for product quality enhancement.
8. Use CMM (Coordinate Measuring Machine) programming for product measurement and analysis.
9. Operate Keyence CMM for precise, non-contact measurements.
10. Identify training needs and provide guidance to junior staff members.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
2. A minimum of 3 years of experience in a Quality Engineer role in the manufacturing industry.
3. Extensive knowledge and experience in Quality Control, Quality Assurance, Six Sigma, ISO 9001, Quality System, and Engineering.
4. Proven experience in Root Cause Analysis, Statistical Analysis, Quality Auditing.
5. Proficiency in CMM Programming, Keyence CMM, and CMM.
6. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
7. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
8. Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
9. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
10. Willingness to continually update knowledge and skills in line with industry developments.
