Help * Provides authoritative technical solutions to complex challenges referred by other staff personnel.
* Monitors civilian onboard strength in relations to budget, TDA structure, and command priorities.
* Maintains expert knowledge of performance evaluation systems, including policies, procedures, and practices in order to advise supervisors.
* Performs management analysis in all divisions regarding matters of economical utilization of manpower within the organization. Requirements
