Job Summary
Clients IT Department is seeking an experienced Organizational Change Management (OCM) Analyst to support strategic and tactical change initiatives across the IT organization. The OCM Analyst will develop and execute change management strategies that help employees and stakeholders successfully adopt new technologies, processes, tools, and ways of working. This position will support major IT initiatives, agility transformation, operational improvements, and continuous improvement programs within a complex, matrixed organization. The successful candidate must be comfortable working independently, managing multiple initiatives, and engaging stakeholders at all organizational levels. The role requires hands-on experience across the complete change management lifecycle, including stakeholder analysis, leadership alignment, change impact assessment, communications, training, readiness, adoption, and change measurement.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute end-to-end organizational change management strategies and plans for IT projects and operational initiatives.
- Conduct stakeholder assessments and identify impacted business groups, leaders, employees, and project teams.
- Build stakeholder engagement plans and establish leadership alignment around project objectives and expected outcomes.
- Perform change impact assessments to identify changes to roles, processes, systems, behaviors, and ways of working.
- Develop and execute communication and engagement plans for different stakeholder groups.
- Create professional change communications, presentations, leadership updates, FAQs, newsletters, talking points, and other supporting materials.
- Conduct training needs assessments and support the design, development, coordination, and delivery of training materials.
- Evaluate organizational readiness and identify adoption risks, resistance points, and mitigation actions.
- Define and track change management success measures, including awareness, readiness, participation, adoption, and effectiveness.
- Partner with project managers, business leaders, technology teams, communications teams, training teams, and other stakeholders.
- Manage OCM activities across multiple projects while maintaining schedules, deliverables, risks, dependencies, and status reporting.
- Apply change management and Agile principles to support evolving project priorities and effectively manage scope.
