Additional Responsibilities: * Collaborate with senior leadership, solution architects, and technical resources from across the company, to develop innovative solutions, and coordinate with the Proposal Manager to develop winning proposals. * Develop and execute detailed plans to win specific opportunities. * Develop and refine value propositions and win themes based on customer interactions, competitive intelligence, and core competencies. * Monitor, research, and analyze the competitive landscape to create competitive advantages. * Coordinate with solution architects, proposal resources, partners, and consultants to drive progress on active captures. * Ensure that all bids are compliant with customer requirements. * Establish and maintain positive relationships with key decision-makers. * Collaborate with multiple teams within the organization to create successful strategies. * Provide input on technical, management, pricing, and partnering. * Communicate and interface with senior leadership, mentor junior staff and peers on business development and capture processes. Required Skills & Experience * Proven track record of success in winning contracts in the Federal Government market * Ability to lead an opportunity capture and support multiple capture efforts simultaneously. * Experience in proposal execution, development, and submission. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills * Able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects efficiently. * Strong attention to detail, and excellent organizational and problem-solving skills * Knowledge of government contracting regulations * Strong working knowledge of Shipley or similar business development and capture management processes Education: Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or related field.
