Hiring: SAP US Payroll Functional Consultant
Location: Los Angeles, CA
Work Model: Hybrid – Onsite Tuesday through Thursday
Primary Skill: SAP HCM US Payroll
Requirement: SAP ECC Payroll with SuccessFactors (SF) experience
Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced SAP US Payroll Functional Consultant with strong hands-on expertise in SAP HCM ECC Payroll and SAP SuccessFactors. The consultant will support payroll configuration, testing, integrations, production support, and US payroll tax updates.
Key Responsibilities:
Configure and support SAP US Payroll, payroll taxes, schemas, and rules.
Maintain BSI TaxFactory and support tax updates and testing.
Configure wage types, garnishments, benefits, direct deposit, and check processing.
Support payroll-to-Finance integration and third-party interfaces.
Support positive/negative time management and Time Evaluation.
Handle HR Service Packs, year-end testing, legal updates, and remuneration statements.
Perform production support, troubleshooting, and root-cause analysis.
Required Skills:
Strong SAP HCM US Payroll and ECC experience.
SAP SuccessFactors (SF) experience.
At least one end-to-end SAP US Payroll implementation.
Hands-on experience with BSI TaxFactory, payroll schemas, wage types, and US payroll taxes.
Knowledge of Time Management, benefits integration, garnishments, and Finance posting.
Strong testing and production support experience.
