Job Title: Automation Test Lead

Location: Houston, TX

Duration: 6 months

We are looking for a Strong Automation Test Lead with strong hands-on experience in Java and Selenium.

Must Have Skills: Selenium, Java, Automation testing, Functional testing

Detailed Job Description:

1. Minimum 5-6years of testing experience overall.

2. Automation experience of 3 years

3. Responsible for leading QA activities, coordinating with business stakeholders.

4. Drive and mentor the offshore QA team, ensuring quality and timely delivery.

5. Develop and maintain automation scripts as per client requirements.

6. Work with GitHub for source control and configure GitHub Actions for automation execution.

7. Review test plans, test cases, automation scripts, and execution results.

8. Identify risks, issues, and gaps early and proactively suggest solutions.

9. Ensure QA best practices, standards and processes are followed.
