60 months Crystal Reports development experience based on complex queries (using multiple data sources and defining relationships between different pieces of data) and results.

60 months experience supporting user applications and working with clients to identify system issues and improvements for functionality
-
24 months experience working with a Lab Information Management System
-
60 months experience in obtaining and writing business, user and functional requirements, use cases, creating mock reports and workflows
-
60 months experience working with an Oracle Relational Databases.

60 months system design experience
-
24 Months experience using Test Management tools such as ALM/Quality Center.

Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Natural Sciences, or related field. (Please include relevant documentation)

Detailed Job Description: The Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS) is used by State Police forensic labs for tracking of all forensic evidence including Toxicology. The design of toxicology functions in LIMS requires upgrades and improvements such as more effective case flow, statistical and epidemiologic reporting and replacement of other toxicology reports. The candidate will be participate in conducting analysis interviews with the users to understand what currently exists and what is needed. The candidate will then gather and document functional and technical requirements as well as create mock reports to be reviewed by the business.
