Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Technical Lead – Java Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Angular, REST APIs, microservices, and cloud technologies. The Technical Lead will be responsible for leading a team of developers, designing scalable applications, driving technical decisions, conducting code reviews, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality software solutions.
The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on development experience along with proven technical leadership and stakeholder management skills.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and mentor a team of Java Full Stack Developers and provide technical guidance.
Design and develop scalable, secure, and high-performance enterprise applications.
Develop backend services using Java, Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Data JPA, and Hibernate.
Design and implement RESTful APIs and microservices-based architectures.
Develop responsive and reusable front-end applications using Angular, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
Define application architecture, technical standards, coding practices, and development guidelines.
Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards, design principles, and best practices.
Work closely with Product Managers, Business Analysts, Architects, QA, DevOps, and other stakeholders.
Translate business requirements into technical solutions and development tasks.
Troubleshoot complex application, performance, and production issues.
Implement security best practices such as authentication, authorization, OAuth2/JWT, and secure API development.
Design and optimize database solutions using Oracle, PostgreSQL, MySQL, or similar relational databases.
Participate in CI/CD implementation and deployment processes.
Work with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
Guide the team on unit testing, integration testing, automation, and quality practices.
Monitor application performance and identify opportunities for optimization.
Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and backlog refinement.
Provide technical estimates, identify risks, and communicate project status to stakeholders.
