Jobot is looking for a Software Developer II to join a dynamic team in New Jersey. As a Software Developer II, you will work closely with a team of software developers and business analysts to develop cutting-edge software solutions that drive our business forward. You will be responsible for writing and maintaining high-quality, efficient code to help streamline operations, improve customer experiences, and increase efficiency. This includes employing SDLC practices such as pair programming, Agile and CI/CD.

We are seeking a passionate and talented Permanent Software Developer to join our dynamic team in the Manufacturing Industry. You will be working with a team of experienced professionals, using cutting-edge technology to develop and maintain software applications that are critical to our business operations. This role requires a deep understanding of the .NET framework, C#, Visual Studio, Razor C# Syntax, Angular, Azure DevOps, Object Oriented Programming, Data Structures, and Algorithms.

Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain software applications that are scalable, reliable, and secure.
  • Work closely with other team members to understand the requirements and design solutions that meet the business needs.
  • Participate in the full software development life cycle including requirements analysis, design, coding, testing, debugging, and documentation.
  • Use C#, .NET framework, Visual Studio, Razor C# Syntax, Angular, and Azure DevOps to develop and enhance software applications.
  • Apply principles of Object-Oriented Programming, Data Structures, and Algorithms to solve complex problems.
  • Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and shared knowledge among the team.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth delivery of software applications.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve software-related issues in a timely manner.
  • Keep up-to-date with the latest technology trends and apply them to day-to-day activities.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in software development.
  • Proficient in C#, .NET framework, Visual Studio, Razor C# Syntax, Angular, and Azure DevOps.
  • Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming, Data Structures, and Algorithms.
  • Experience in the Manufacturing industry is a plus.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong focus on quality and performance.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
