Job Title: Technical Support Specialist
Location: Virginia Beach, VA
Duration: 6 month contract to permanent hire
Compensation: $25 - $35/hour W2 depending on level of experience
Type: Full-Time Employment
Requirements:
- Technical Support experience
- Mobile Device Management experience
- Access Management experience
- ServiceNow experience
Responsibilities:
- The position will provide operational support and analysis to include Access Management and Mobile Application Solutioning, MDM, VDI and Telehealth services in the Health and Human Services (HHS) portfolio. In addition to operational support the Systems Analyst I will be assigned to projects related to device lifecycle replacements, design and deployment of new mobile solutions, and provisioning of telehealth and tele-case management technologies.
