Role: 1 SAP EWM Functional Analyst (Sr level, bringing best practices, consultative approach, configuration)

1 SAP EWM Process Analyst (Help map existing key system data (Locations, products, processing areas) from existing Legacy Blue Yonder/Marc system to SAP EWM. Provide Data to generate reports in Power BI and Dashboards in Tableau. Lighter configuration

Interview process: Would like to see 3-5 resumes, then have two sets of panel interviews

Project Description: Currently this J&J Distribution Center, located in Memphis, TN, is replacing a 20-year-old WMS system (Originally called Marc and through acquisitions is now called a legacy version of Blue Yonder) that handles 13 bill annual rev, and moving to the SAP EWM Solution on ECC 6.0. J&J has a Global Template in place but that team is busy on another project so does not have any internal resources available to do this move. Because of that they are hiring additional net new positions. Currently they are in the starting phases of the project. That includes current state process mapping and starting future state process mapping. This project is rolling out SAP EWM to an existing facility, there are already set points for the automation and physical constraints of the building. This is the Process team. They will define the new ways of working in the facility, work with those on the Shop floor to understand processes and then drive to deliver those request in an Agile, user story format. These resources will help identify what areas of EWM they will keep as Core, what will need to be configured more and what customizations will be needed. This location has close to 500 people at its location and runs 24/5.

Jon is leading the distribution process and covering all DC and Logistics areas. The environment is ECC 6.0, 3PL (they use Fed Ex Supply Chain), EWM, Power BI, Tableau. They have hired 3 consultants so far (Process Lead, Documentation Analyst and Operational Analyst).

Jonathan wants to initially allow us to work on two roles:

  1. SAP EWM Systems analyst (Will bring best practices, high level process recommendations such as enhance the systems or change the processes). Start as a 1 year contract and possibly hire after. Reason being is he wants to build a COE and then role out this Global template to other DCs.
  2. SAP EWM Data Analyst Help map existing key system data (locations, products, processing areas) from existing systems and then map to the new EWM system, lighter configuration. Provide data to generate Reports in Power BI and Tableau, Dashboarding.
