Job Summary
Reporting to the Vice President of Product Development and Technical Product Management, the Director, B2B Advanced Network Services and Security will define, develop, evolve, and deliver new products and features for Altice USA's B2B Advanced Services and Security portfolio (e.g., Secure SDWAN, UTM, Adv FW, SASE(SSE), FWaaS, EDR/MDR/xDR, SOC). The Director is responsible for providing oversight to a high performing team of product development and technical product management resources focused on delivering relevant and leading edge B2B Advanced Services and Security solutions and services. As a member of the Product Development leadership team, the Director will partner closely with internal Engineering teams as well as the Product Management organization, the Director will also manage and partner with external vendors and coordinate with internal operational groups to ensure optimal customer experiences for B2B Advanced Services and Security products.

Responsibilities
- Develop and refine the B2B Advanced Network Services and Security technical product roadmap, aligning with the company's overall strategic goals.
- Define the technical product vision, goals, and KPIs to guide product development and technical product management efforts.
- Build and lead a high-performing team, that partners with business-oriented product partners, as well as cross functional technical resources, including product managers, sales engineers, engineers, designers, system development (IT) and other relevant roles.
- Oversee the end-to-end product development process, from idea generation to launch, ensuring products are delivered on time and within budget.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product, sales, marketing, and customer support, to gather relevant input and ensure product-market fit.
- Prioritize features, enhancements, and bug fixes based on market demand and customer feedback.
- Manage the post launch product lifecycle, including product performance, fix/patch/enhancement priorities, maintenance, and eventual retirement or replacement.
- Continuously monitor product performance and customer satisfaction, making data-driven decisions for improvements.
- Drive automation wherever possible, on all aspects of the product realization and life cycle process (Order thru Cash, and Service Assurance)
- Ensure that product development activities align with product priorities, revenue and profitability targets.
- Effectively communicate Advanced Network and Security product strategies, updates, and performance metrics to executive leadership, product partners, stakeholders, and the broader organization.
- Stay informed about industry regulations and compliance requirements relevant to Advanced Networking and Security B2B products.
- Conduct trials based on customer requirements and develop products in collaboration with the entire technology organization.
- Stay up to date with emerging technologies and industry trends to identify opportunities for innovation and product differentiation.
- Define and drive opportunities to enhance the customer experience, including evolution of Portals and the use of automation or AI/ML in the delivery and support of their products.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree; MA or MBA preferred.
- Seven to ten years' experience successfully managing high profile cross-functional products for major Telecommunication company.
- Minimum ten years' experience in a product development and UAT
- Knowledge of IP Protocols, Access Technologies (FTTH, Cable, FWA), and Secure Networking (MPLS, SDWAN)
- Proficient in Security applications including but not limited to Adv Firewall, Unified Threat Management, Zero Trust, Micro-segmentation, End Point Protection
- Extensive experience with engineering and technical architecture for B2B business models
- Proven experience with technical product management, sales engineering, and product development
- P&L knowledge with a strong track record of growth and accomplishments/achievements
- Proven ability to collaborate across organizations.
- Analytical thinker who uses data to drive decisions and balances both short- and long-term needs of customers.
- Robust understanding of consumer behavior and experience using different channels to engage

This position is identified as being performed in/or reporting to company operations in New York State. Salary ranges are supplied in compliance with New York State law. Pay is competitive and based on a number of job-related factors, including skills and experience. The starting pay rate/range at time of hire for this position in the posted location is $155,509.00-$222,156.00/year.
