Govan Systems is seeking a Java/JEE Full Stack Developer for a Commonwealth of Virginia agency client.

Responsibilities:

Design, develop and implement complex full-stack application systems across the software development lifecycle
- Develop and maintain end-to-end web applications in Java, JEE and JSF
- Build scalable microservices using Spring Boot and event-driven patterns, aligned with cloud-native principles
- Develop RESTful APIs and service-oriented integrations with OAuth2, JWT and encryption standards
- Work with DevOps teams to establish CI/CD pipelines using GitHub and automation tooling
- Develop Oracle SQL scripts; use persistence frameworks
- Maintain and upgrade software after deployment; manage end-to-end application life cycle
Required:
- Java 10 yrs; J2EE (EJB, JSF) 10 yrs; Spring and Spring Boot 10 yrs
- Oracle SQL 10 yrs; Python 5 yrs
- GitHub and CI/CD 8 yrs
- WebSphere Application Server or equivalent 10 yrs
- Must reside in the US for the assignment; local to Richmond, VA
