- or special-sensitive duties. Scope of Work: Serves as the Key Personnel Project Manager for the Operational Evaluation Command site, directing day-to-day contractor performance and serving as the site point of contact to the COR for IT, cybersecurity, and logistics support. Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
* Direct day-to-day contractor operations and staffing at the OEC site.
* Serve as the site point of contact to the COR and coordinate with the Program Manager.
* Ensure service level agreements, security, and certification requirements are met at the site.
* Coordinate site work schedules, travel, reporting, and personnel accountability.
* Support monthly reporting and performance evaluation meetings.
* High school diploma or equivalent (minimum)
* U.
S. citizenship
* Ability to speak, read, write, and understand English proficiently
* Proficiency with computers and Microsoft Office software
* Active Secret clearance (Tier 3 / T3R); Top Secret / SCI eligibility as required for classified system oversight
* Demonstrated IT project or site management experience on a comparable DoD support effort
