RESPONSIBILITIES * Advise leadership on IW readiness impacts, policy, and strategy. * Interpret cyber/IW directives, assess risks, and recommend mitigations. * Coordinate across USFFC, Fleet Cyber Command, and NAVWAR ISEAs. * Support IW readiness reviews and high-level fleet engagements.
