RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in Greenwood Village, CO that is seeking a Back End Integration Analyst.

Job Description:
* Builds, leads and maintains a high-performing self-organized Agile team
* The Back End Integration Analyst manages product feature deliveries through their entire SDLC
* Coaches the team, removes impediments, and builds team psychological safety
* Drives team and stakeholder common understanding on deliverables
* Engages in prioritization discussions with stakeholders on team backlog
* Establishes and maintains effective communications with key stakeholders
* Delivers on team commitments, managing scope, schedule and quality
* Improves and documents team processes, updates deliverables status
* The Back End Integration Analyst identifies gaps, issues, risks, missing details in requirements and deliverables
* Translates technical concepts to non-technical people

REQUIREMENTS:
* 7+ years of experience in a related role
* Excellent oral and written communications, interpersonal, negotiation, project planning, judgment, leadership, decision-making, analysis and problem-solving skills
* Working knowledge of Agile software delivery, Confluence, Jira, and Gitlab are required
* Communications Industry experience is a plus

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.

Note: Pay is not considered compensation until it is earned, vested and determinable. The amount and availability of any compensation remains in Kforce's sole discretion unless and until paid and may be modified in its discretion consistent with the law.
