Sr. Salesforce Developer with Copado and Git

Our direct client is looking for a Sr. Salesforce Developer with Copado and Git for a Hybrid (3 days/week) Long Term Contract in Trenton, NJ.

Note: 
- This is a Hybrid position - 3 Days On-Site, 2 Days Remote

J0B DESCRIPTION:
- Seeking a Senior Salesforce Developer to build scalable Apex, LWC, Flows, and REST/SOAP integrations with Copado CI/CD release management. 
- Under the direction of a supervisor, this position is responsible for designing, developing, and deploying solutions in Salesforce and integrating Salesforce with external enterprise systems. 
- The candidate will work with program offices, gather and evaluate business requirements, build declarative and custom programmatic solutions, and ensure that systems meet technical specifications, performance standards, and security mandates.

Requirements: 
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited college or university in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field.

Experience:
- Experience in full lifecycle application development (analysis, design, development, testing, and deployment) with primary focus on Salesforce, Apex, Lightning Web Components, and enterprise systems integration.
- Ability to translate functional business requirements into technical design specifications and architectural options
- Experience defining system landscapes, identifying technical gaps, and implementing end-to-end solutions
- Ability to build and execute automated unit tests with high code coverage, supporting QA and regression testing cycles
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to collaborate effectively with both technical teams and business stakeholders 
- Proven experience working within an Agile/Scrum development environment

SKILL MATRIX:
- Salesforce programmatic development (Apex Classes, Triggers, Batch/Queueable, LWC, JavaScript, SOQL/SOSL) - Required 
- Salesforce declarative configuration (Flows, Custom Objects, Validation Rules, Security & Permission Sets) - Required 
- Salesforce integration & web services (REST/SOAP APIs, Bulk API 2.0, Metadata API) - Required 
- Salesforce DevOps, CI/CD, and release management using Copado and Git - Required
- Full lifecycle SDLC in an Agile environment (technical specs, unit testing, stakeholder collaboration) - Required 
- Salesforce Platform Developer (PD1/PD2) or Administrator Certifications - Strong Plus to have
