We are seeking an experienced Statistician to join our team. The ideal candidate possesses a strong background in formal statistical analysis, causal modeling, and explanatory machine learning. You will be instrumental in deriving robust insights from data, moving beyond basic data exploration to apply advanced analytical techniques.

Key Responsibilities:
1.Statistical Analysis & Causal Modeling
oPerform formal statistical analyses to uncover meaningful patterns and relationships.
oApply causal modeling techniques to identify cause-and-effect relationships within data.
oDesign and analyze experiments to test hypotheses and validate findings.
2.Data Manipulation & Modeling
oUse SQL to manipulate large datasets and build reliable data models.
oEnsure data integrity and optimize data retrieval processes.
3.Programming & Visualization
oUtilize Python or R for advanced statistical modeling and data visualization.
oCreate clear and compelling visualizations to communicate findings effectively.
4.nteractive Dashboards
oDevelop interactive visualizations and dashboards using Tableau.
oPresent data insights in an accessible and user-friendly format for stakeholders.
5.Communication
oTranslate complex statistical concepts into clear, actionable insights.
oCollaborate with cross-functional teams to inform decision-making processes.

Qualifications:
Education:
oBachelor's or Master's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, or a related field.
Experience:
o5+ years of hands-on experience with Python, SQL, and Tableau used on a weekly basis.
oProven experience in probabilistic and statistical modeling, experimental design, and causal inference.
oDemonstrated ability to move beyond data exploration to derive robust, actionable insights.
Technical Skills:
oProficiency in SQL for data manipulation and modeling.
oAdvanced skills in Python or R for statistical analysis and visualization.
oExpertise in creating interactive dashboards with Tableau.

oExcellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex analyses to non-technical audiences.
