Dell Product Storage Resident Location: Quantico, VA Job Description: Serve as a Dell Product Storage Resident embedded within customer’s IT environmentFocus on the daily operation, optimization, and support of Dell EMC storage solutionsEnsure storage systems meet performance, and availability requirementsMonitor and manage Dell EMC storage systems (e.g., Data Domain, Unity XT, VxRail)Respond to incidents and service requests related to storage infrastructurePerform routine health checks, capacity planning, and performance analysisExecute firmware upgrades, patches, and configuration changes as directedSupport backup and restore operations and ensure data protection complianceDocument daily activities, changes, and system status for customer reportingProvide hands-on support for storage-related issuesCollaborate with Dell support and customer teams to resolve complex problemsAssist with storage migrations, expansions, and disaster recovery testingParticipate in change control processes and maintain accurate documentationAct as a trusted technical resource for the customer’s IT teamRecommend improvements and best practices based on Dell standardsShare technical knowledge and train customer staff on Dell storage tools and proceduresQualifications: BS in IT, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)5+ years of experience in enterprise storage administrationExpertise in Dell EMC storage platforms and SAN/NAS environmentsFamiliarity with ITIL processes and enterprise service managementREQUIRED: Secret Security Clearance Job Type: Full-time Job Type: Full-time Benefits: 401(k)401(k) matchingDental insuranceEmployee assistance programFlexible scheduleFlexible spending accountHealth insuranceHealth savings accountLife insurancePaid time offParental leaveProfessional development assistanceRelocation assistanceRetirement planTuition reimbursementVision insuranceExperience: enterprise storage administration: 5 years (Preferred)Dell EMC storage platforms : 5 years (Preferred)ITIL processes : 5 years (Preferred)enterprise service management: 5 years (Preferred)working in SAN/NAS environments: 5 years (Preferred)Security clearance:
