MANTECH is seeking a motivated, career-driven, and customer-focused Senior Logistics Analyst to join our team in Washington, DC. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: * Work on complex technical projects or business challenges requiring advanced industry knowledge.* Analyze and develop logistics plans to improve production flow, distribution efficiency, and inventory control.* Create and review procedures that maximize customer satisfaction while minimizing logistical costs.* Ensure rational distribution and delivery methods through data-driven analysis and tracking.* Define and communicate project goals.* Apply knowledge of Navy ILS practices to improve logistics performance and lifecycle support* Provide leadership and subject matter expertise within work groups through deep specialization in logistics. Minimum Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree in business or a related field.(An additional 8 years of relevant experience may be substituted for the degree.)* 10+ years of relevant logistics, supply chain, or operations experience. Preferred Qualifications: * Experience working with the U.S. Navy in roles such as:* Active duty* Government civilian* Support contractor* Familiarity with NAVSEA technical authorities (e.g., NAVSEA 05).* Experience supporting U.S. Navy Program Managers in an analyst role.* Broad understanding of Navy Integrated Logistics Support (ILS), including provisioning, maintenance planning, training support, and technical documentation. Security Clearance Requirement: * Must hold an Active Secret clearance. Physical Requirements: * Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time.* Occasionally required to move about the office to access files, equipment, and interact with staff.* Ability to communicate effectively via email, phone, and virtual platforms.* May be required to deliver presentations or briefings to team members and stakeholders.
