Cloud Engineer

Job Title : Cloud Engineers 3 with AWS and 1 with Google Cloud Platform
Location : New York City (3 days onsite) Hybrid Role
Employment type : Contract
Duration: 6 months - will be extended every 6 months - most likely go till 24-30 months

This is within the IAM team and candidate will build APIs and do data Pipelining. Will create as well as deploy Microservices

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain data pipelines to facilitate the flow of data between various systems and our data warehouses.
Build and optimize data storage solutions, ensuring scalability, reliability, and efficiency.
Implement IAM (Identity and Access Management) best practices for data security, privacy, and compliance.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to data infrastructure and pipelines.

Required Skills:
Proficiency in Python for data manipulation, scripting, and automation.
Experience with API development and integration for data extraction and processing.
Familiarity with containerization using Docker for packaging and deploying applications.
Working knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS and Google Cloud Platform for building and maintaining data infrastructure, including IAM setup.
Understanding of database technologies and data warehousing concepts, including Snowflake.

Preferred Qualifications:.
Knowledge of SCIM and other IAM related concepts.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Pay Range: $70-80/hr on C2C The specific compensation for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment.
