Title: eLearning Developer / Instructional Designer
Duration: 12 Months
Location: White Plains NY
Hybrid schedules are permissible with a minimum of 2-3 days on-site depending on assignment and can be fully on-site depending on business needs.

Project Overview Work Schedule

Monday through Friday 7.5 hour work day with .5 hour unpaid lunch Paid for time worked only; there are no paid holidays, vacation, or sick days Overtime is not permitted unless authorized in advanced. Contingent Worker is required to badge in and out of the turnstiles located in the lobby for all daily entrances and exits. Fully remote positions are prohibited. Hybrid schedules are permissible with a minimum of 2-3 days on-site depending on assignment and can be fully on-site depending on business needs. Remote work privileges can be revoked at any time

This role will support full-time client staff to to manage the design and development of e-learning trainings requested by a variety of client business units.

Job Functions & Responsibilities
Act as the bridge between the business and IT. Work cross-functionally to ensure project success.
Design training courses utilizing input provided by client content owners and subject matter experts.
Develop training animations and storytelling-based modules using client approved software tools (Articulate, Vyond, WellSaid, Camtasia, PowerPoint Morph Animations)
Work with client personnel to develop new interactions in existing courses.
Prepare exceptional, highly polished written and oral communication for senior-level presentations.
Define and manage the training work stream and documents of projects (schedule, tasks, cost, changes/risks/issues) via processes, procedures, and tools for assigned projects. As needed, manage all assigned project ork streams.
Monitor the project schedule and deliverables. Track progress and review project tasks to make certain deadlines are met appropriately.
Recognize problems or situations that are or may impact the project delivery. Work cross-functionally to resolve issues, mitigate risks and implement changes. Work with management to escalate and resolve more complex issues and risks.
Collaborate with the training team to deliver engaging training solutions for client

Skills
Advanced user of Articulate Studio Storyline to develop online training.
Animation designer to drive content and storytelling scenarios using tools such as Vyond, Camtasia, After Effects, PowerPoint Animations, PhotoShop and Illustrator.
Ability to develop audio scripts to accompany eLearning topics using AI voice solutions such as WellSaid.
Possess a working knowledge of Project Management skills needed for interaction with clients during the design and development process.
Ability to work on projects as a solo team member and meet quality/timing requirements.
Ability to collaborate with the training team to storyboard, design and deliver engaging training solutions.
Ability to review provided information and develop learning objectives and course storyboard.
Ability to create or modify graphical elements.
Ability to edit video content such as trimming and combining elements into videos.
Create new or modify existing interactions across a variety of applications.
Prioritize time and project deliverables with minimal oversight.
Provide concise project update reports on work in progress.
Publish SCORM 1.2 and AICC compliant courseware.

Education & Certifications
At least 5 years experience in online training development using Articulate products is mandatory. Bachelor s degree in learning related field or significant relevant experience is required.
Degree in Organizational Learning/Training and Development is preferred.
Portfolio of eLearning solutions including animations and storytelling techniques is required.
