We are seeking a Business Analyst to support the 2026 Census Test Partnership CRM Solution within an Agile development process. The ideal candidate will have experience in guiding teams through Agile/Scrum practices, facilitating discussions, and providing subject matter expertise for the Salesforce CRM solution. You will play a critical role in ensuring the success of the CRM implementation by offering advanced technical analysis, documentation, and integration advice on complex issues. This position requires strong communication and leadership skills to help the team navigate challenges and deliver effective solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Facilitate Agile/Scrum concepts, values, and practices to improve team effectiveness and support the development of the Salesforce CRM solution.
  • Act as a subject matter expert, providing advanced technical knowledge and analysis of Salesforce CRM applications and the operational environment.
  • Collaborate with the development team and stakeholders to ensure functional solution analysis, design, and integration aligns with project goals.
  • Support decision-making and conflict resolution through facilitation and mediation.
  • Provide documentation, training, and implementation advice on complex technical problems related to the CRM solution.
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
  • Assist in preparing and maintaining detailed documentation for business processes, workflows, and system configurations.
  • Ensure the CRM solution meets all technical and functional requirements as outlined in the project's Performance Work Statement (PWS).
  • Provide post-implementation support, offering guidance for system optimization and ongoing business needs.

This position is offering a pay range of $117,000 - $170,000 depending on experience, seniority, geographic locations, and factors permitted by law. Responsibilities

Qualifications:
  • 8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a focus on Salesforce CRM solutions.
  • Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum practices, with experience facilitating discussions and guiding teams in adopting these methodologies.
  • Advanced knowledge of Salesforce CRM applications, including functional solution analysis and integration support.
  • Excellent communication and mediation skills, with experience resolving conflicts and supporting team decision-making.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (preferred).
