The Epicor Kinetic ERP Analyst is responsible for supporting and enhancing the Epicor ERP system to ensure it meets the business requirements in a fast-paced industry while improving overall operational efficiency. This role oversees the data integrity and management within the ERP system requiring cross collaboration in understanding business inputs. This position requires an individual with strong problem-solving skills with the ability to synthesize data to identify opportunities within the ERP system and business.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Ensure data accuracy and consistency across materials, customers and vendors within the ERP system.
- Develop and enforce data management policies and procedures that promote efficiencies for internal and external stakeholders.
- Conduct regular data audits to identify and resolve data quality issues distinguishing the root cause of defect generation and appropriate corrective action.
- Manage data migration, integration, and transformation processes while coordinating with other business teams to ensure data requirements are met.
- Provide ongoing support and development of the Epicor Kinetic ERP system through aiding in user acceptance testing and end-user training.
- Utilize tools such as BAQs, BPMs, BAMs, Trackers, Dashboards, Customizations and other methods of reporting to support strategic business initiatives.
- Participate in functional project teams to drive process improvements through process design and mapping for business review.
- Implement, configure and test Epicor Kinetic solution to maintain high data integrity while ensuring effective business controls are in place.
Experience
- 4+ years of experience working with ERP implementations or data management, preferably Epicor Kinetic or Oracle ERP platforms.
- Experience with cloud-based ERP solutions and remote support.
Minimum Qualifications
- Hands on experience within Epicor Kinetic
- Experience with data migration, integration, and ETL processes.
- Familiarity with data warehousing and business intelligence tools.
Education/Certifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Data Management or a related field.
