Your Role:

What You'll Do:
  • Be the IT Hero: Operate and manage our IT help desk, responding to queries via phone, email, in-person, or remote access. Your quick thinking and problem-solving skills will save the day, time and again.
  • Keep Us Running: Ensure our business systems are functioning properly and step in to fix issues as they arise. Your vigilance will keep our operations smooth and efficient.
  • Tech Guru: Provide technical support for the delivery, configuration, setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting of computer systems, hardware, and software. You'll be the expert everyone turns to.
  • Educator Extraordinaire: Train computer users and staff on troubleshooting and diagnosing problems. Your clear instructions and patience will empower others to solve issues independently.
  • Documentation Whiz: Develop and update training materials related to our internal IT systems and processes. Your attention to detail will ensure everyone has the resources they need.
  • Office 365 and SharePoint Maestro: Utilize and maintain these essential tools, ensuring our team can collaborate seamlessly.
  • Customer Service Star: Deliver excellent customer service to end-users, making their day a little easier with your timely and friendly support.
  • Resource Manager: Keep accurate logs of our organizational resources, from computers to printers, ensuring everything is accounted for.
  • Network Guardian: Monitor network performance and security, keeping our data safe and our systems running smoothly.
  • Innovator: Assist with technology updates, upgrades, and standardization, always looking for ways to improve our IT infrastructure.
  • Data Specialist: Facilitate data import, export, and integration as needed, ensuring our information flows smoothly.
  • Backup and Recovery Expert: Develop solutions to protect our data, giving us peace of mind.
  • Security Sentinel: Ensure all organizational devices are properly configured and protected, safeguarding our digital assets.
  • Trainer: Lead IT training sessions, sharing your knowledge and helping others grow.
  • Collaborator: Work with outsourced IT providers to deliver comprehensive business solutions.
  • Lifelong Learner: Continuously learn and develop proficiency in new systems, staying ahead of the curve.
  • Project Manager: Track IT priorities and projects, providing regular status updates and keeping everything on track.
  • Software Pioneer: Recommend and implement new software systems, driving innovation within our company.

What You Bring:
