This program provides comprehensive, performance based, Base Operations Services (BOS) for the headquarters of a major customer in the intelligence community, located in the National Capital Region (NCR). Support includes program management, workforce and security support services, logistics, environmental and occupational health, project management, operations, maintenance, repair, grounds maintenance and custodial services for the 2.5 million square foot state-of-the-art headquarters building, limited support to adjacent customer buildings, and over 100 small satellite locations. The program requires a highly capable team to ensure mission-critical systems and environments operate efficiently and securely, supporting thousands of personnel in a dynamic and evolving environment. This position is contingent based on contract award. #clearance Responsibilities V2X is seeking a properly trained and certified Lead Generator Technician (GT) to support the Government Customer's Generator Plant. The GT shall be "on-call" 24/7 to support the Plant's operations. Qualifications Required Qualifications: The lead technician shall possess, as a minimum: * Five years of demonstrated experience with installation, commissioning, maintenance, and operations of generators ranging from 5kW to 2500kW. * Motor and Turbine (MTU) certified training in the following areas: * Design and function of Advanced Diesel Engineer Controller (ADEC) * Service and Application Module (SAM) * DiaSys and service tools * Replacement of components * Successful completion of MTU certified GEN I and GEN II courses Security Clearance Requirement: This position requires a current Top Secret / Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) Clearance.
