Material Coordinator with Security Clearance

PWS Title: Material Coordinator Location: Panama City Beach, FL Clearance Type: Secret Responsibilities: * Coordinate all inbound/outbound material movements with Government personnel, couriers, and shipping agencies. * Monitor stock levels and initiate replenishment requests based on usage and lead times. * Validate data integrity in Navy ERP, maintaining alignment between electronic records and physical inventory. * Manage shelf-life and HAZMAT segregation in accordance with DoDM 4140.27 and NAVSUP P-538. * Prepare reports for asset status, transfers, and inventory adjustments for Government review. * Support the Warehouse Manager with performance metrics and monthly reporting.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications: * Associate's degree in Logistics or Business Administration. * 4 + years of material coordination or supply operations experience within DoD. * Proficiency in Navy ERP, DPAS, and Microsoft Excel. * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. * SECRET security clearance. Preferred Qualifications: * DAWIA Level I Life Cycle Logistics or CPPA Certification.
