Job Description
- Ensure timely and high-quality completion of all control testing requirements in line with organizational guidelines.
- Assist in performing risk and control self-assessments.
- Participate in identifying and analyzing risks.
- Support the development and execution of enterprise risk management programs.
- Develop, maintain, and enhance proactive risk management programs and related initiatives.
- Help business and technology teams understand processes and controls.
- Collaborate with Technology Segment Risk Managers to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including business partners and technology teams.
- Assist risk partners and business segments in timely issue remediation.
- Provide support for policy, controls, and process documentation.
- Document and maintain internal team processes as needed.
- Contribute to the team's continuous improvement culture by applying critical thinking skills and experiences to make suggestions.
- Promote a risk-awareness culture.
Basic Qualifications
- Up to 3 years of risk-based experience with a Bachelor's degree or equivalent transferable experience through coursework, internships, or work experience.
- Aptitude for business and technology with a willingness to learn and understand key processes within technology, cybersecurity, and data management.
- Highly motivated with strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to prioritize and execute tasks with a high level of detail in a high-pressure environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present requirements and issues clearly and concisely.
- Ability to work effectively within a team environment and collaborate on projects.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Microsoft Suite.
- Experience in technical writing.
- Technical or cybersecurity experience.
