Requirements:

Bachelor s degree in computer science, Engineering
Minimum of 10+ years of experience in PLM and/or MES implementation and management.
Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and supply chain operations.
Proficiency in PLM and MES software platforms such as PTC Windchill PLM systems and iGnite MES systems.
Excellent project & delivery management skills with a proven track record of leading successful system implementations from inception to completion.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams at all levels of the organization.
Demonstrated leadership ability with experience leading and mentoring a team of technical professionals.
