Pay Range: $45 - $50/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
Key Responsibilities:
- Build, scale, and operate GraphQL/REST APIs in production.
- Develop and integrate microservices architectures.
- Improve automation and CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or similar tools.
- Deliver projects end-to-end from design and implementation to testing and documentation.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and ensure observability in distributed systems.
- Deploy and maintain services on AWS or other major public clouds.
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
- 5+ years of professional software development experience, focusing on API design and development (REST or GraphQL) using Java and/or JavaScript/TypeScript.
- Proven expertise in building and scaling GraphQL/REST APIs in production.
- Hands-on experience with microservices architectures.
- Experience with automation and CI/CD pipelines in GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or similar.
- Strong commitment to continuous learning and collaboration within engineering teams.
- Practical experience deploying and maintaining services on AWS or other major public clouds.
