AV Programmer

Description:
Teksystems has a client that has been a leading partner in the growth and development of Nashville since 1998. As technology advances, Beacon stays on the leading edge to deliver high-quality Telecom, Audio Visual, Life, and Safety expertise. The AV Division is looking for an experienced AV programmer to help promote the growth of the department and company as a whole.
Responsibilities:
-Design, program, and implement AV control systems for various projects.
-Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and clients to understand project requirements and deliver customized solutions.
-Develop and test control system code for AV equipment, including touch panels, processors, and other devices.
-Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to AV systems.
-Provide on-site support for system commissioning and client training.
-Maintain and update system documentation, including schematics, code, and user manuals.
-Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure our solutions remain cutting-edge.

Preferred Qualifications:
-Certification in AV programming (e.g., Crestron Certified Programmer, AMX ACE).
