Required Technical Skills - Software development experience with strong .NET experience.
- Strong hands-on experience with TriZetto FACETS.
- Strong experience with C#, .NET, ASP.NET, .NET Core, and Web API.
- Experience developing RESTful and SOAP web services.
- Strong SQL Server and/or Oracle experience.
- Experience with FACETS configuration, customization, interfaces, and integrations.
- Strong understanding of healthcare payer systems and business processes.
- Experience with application development, debugging, testing, and production support.
- Strong understanding of object-oriented programming and software development principles.
- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
Candidates should have strong knowledge of health insurance payer operations, including:
- Claims processing
- Membership
- Enrollment
- Eligibility
- Benefits
- Billing
- Provider management
- Plan/Product configuration
- Customer service
- Healthcare payer interfaces and integrations
