Responsibilities & Qualifications RESPONSIBILITIES Provide management oversight of team or support on the following systems/technologies (but not limited to) * Full control and responsible for performance on requirements * Responsible for personnel management on program * Demonstrate IT experience within past 3 years of similar size/scope * Experience in supervising large IT service contracts * Experience in management of system modernization projects * Collaboration with customers, partners, and other stakeholders * Experience in cost control and management of technical and financial reports (weekly/monthly) We are going after 2 Functional Categories and need a Program Manager for both: FC4 - Infrastructure, Network, Telecommunication, Tier 2/3 system administration/engineering services * Network or Telecom FC5 - Enterprise Service Desk, Tiers 0/1/2 support services, end-user support, Desktop services to include, but not limited to Asset Management * Service Desk REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS * Minimum Bachelor's degree in related field; preferred Master's degree in IT or MBA * Proven experience managing large enterprise IT contracts * Minimum 10 years of experience * ITIL and PMP certifications (current); prefer CSM * U.S. Citizen; minimum of SECRET clearance (and clearable to TOP SECRET) Overview We are seeking a Program Manager to join and lead our Federal team.
