Description
Level 3 and Level 4 Data Center Technician:3 + years of data center experience supporting and testing server hardware
Data Center Technicians with hands on experience deploying GPU's are encouraged to apply as this project will be deploying high volumes of GPU's for client servers.

has several needs at different work shifts. Day and night openings are available to applicants.

Our Data Center Technicians will be responsible for physical upgrades, implementation, optimizations and troubleshooting onsite for the data center.
Techs will deploy circuit boards and need to be able to troubleshoot any related issues, run diagnostics, create documentation, etc.

Responsibilities-
The Data Center Technician is expected to address customer inquiries via support tickets from inception through resolution with minimal or no supervision
Support data center operations and IT systems, network services, business critical processes and procedures to support the delivery of customer products and
services;
Provide technical and operational support, including as it relates to colocation, connectivity, and network products and services;
Support internal networks, IT infrastructure, computers, electronics, and telephone systems;
Install and deploy IT and network hardware;
Make and run patch cables as well as verify testing cable paths;
Support maintenance of infrastructure, network equipment, and network services, including but not limited to break-fix work;
Perform Data Center hardware and inventory audits;

Experience Level:
Intermediate Level (Minimum of 3+ years of IT experience preferably in a Data Center Environment)
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $48.00 - $55.00
